Cupcake Inspirations Challenge 300!

It's finally here!  Cupcake Inspirations 300th challenge is here!  We have three fantastic challenges each with it's own fabulous prize package!  I have several cards to share with you for each challenge. I'll be posting them one an hour today, March 3 and March 5.
Our first challenge is sparkle - what a great way to celebrate!

My first card features the same stamp set that I used last week - so many cute puppies!  I used glitter to make all the lights.  I remembered all the washi tape that I have - silver seemed perfect for my holiday hound.
