Cupcake Inspirations Challenge 257 sponsored by May Arts

It's challenge day at Cupcake Inspirations!  We are sponsored this week by

Thank you for sponsoring the challenge!

Each challenge, we give you an inspiration cupcake and you make a card or other craft project that is inspired by the cupcake.  Here is this week's cupcake (linked to original source):

Here's my card with ribbon from May Arts and paper from Core'dinations (Chocolate Box).  I am currently suffering from a horrible cold, so I wasn't up to coloring anything this week.  I found these cute bunny stickers in my stash and thought they would be perfect with the flowery, grassy ribbon from May Arts.  Isn't it beautiful?

Here's my card featuring Aidynn's Bunny Framed by Dilly Beans Stamps.  This is my first time using a Dilly Beans Stamp and I really like them.  They're cute and different.

You'll notice that there is glitter all over the pink card.  I was intending to frame the image with glitter when my glitter glue exploded.  To correct it, I ended up "painting" the background with glitter glue.  I like the effect.

Cupcake Inspirations 254 - Way Overdue

Hello all!  It turns out I forgot to write my Cupcake Inspirations post for last week.  The challenge is over, but I still want to share my card. I was going for a more eclectic style - what do you think?  Here's the original challenge info to get us started.  We were sponsored last week by:

Since it our sponsor provided paper, I wanted to play around with a card without an image. I had purchased some great art journal kits from Rutabega Stuff on Etsy last summer that I hadn't played with at all, so I got those out as well.

Supplies
Chocolate Box paper from Core'dinations
Card blank from Core'dinations
Puzzle Pieces, playing card, and flower from Rutabega Stuff

Knitted Little Chicken

After working on my previous two projects, I wanted to try smaller.  I bought some smaller needles and then realized that I didn't have smaller yarn.  Turns out "big" yarn doesn't work with smaller needles.  So I followed the small pattern using "big" yarn and needles.  This little guy is still super cute!
