The Hybrid Chick Card Caravan - Holiday Card

We're getting ready for the holidays at The Hybrid Chick Card Caravan.  I love the Waiting for Santa bundle from Wishing Well Creations for the fun colors.  The addition of pink to the traditional colors warms my girly heart.  I paired the papers with cute little Elise from Make It Crafty for a holiday card for a little girl.

The Hybrid Chick Card Caravan - Summer

It's time for a fun summer challenge at The Hybrid Chick Card Caravan.  I made my card with Summer Garden by Wishing Well Creations and Frenchie Claudine by Make It Crafty.  I created the whole card layout, including the png image file, digitally.  I printed it out on Make It Colour card.  I printed a second copy of the flower strip and added it to the card with pop dots.  I added glitter to the flower centers, whipped cream and Claudine's hat brim.

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
1. The Paper Shelter #75 - glitz and glimmer
2. Do You Stack Up #83 - polka dots
3. Crafts 4 Eternity #83 - summer sun
4. Simply Create Too #19 - anything goes

Here are the products I used:

Spring at The Hybrid Chick Card Caravan Challenge

I'm hosting my first Card Caravan Challenge at the Hybrid Chick this weekend.  I wanted to start with something easy, so I picked a Spring theme.  When I saw Pinwheel by Wishing Well Creations, I knew it was just what I wanted to use for my card.  I was inspired by the digital elements to create my own pinwheels, so I printed the patterned papers on both sides, cut 2" squares and folded them up.  I stapled the centers and then sewed buttons to cover the staple.  This kit is just perfect for little boy stamps, so I chose S.W.A.L.K. Best Pals available at Crafter's Companion.  I stamped the image on Make It Colour paper and colored it with Spectrum Noirs.

I had enough pinwheels to decorate the inside too.  Isn't that little frog cute?

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
1. Allsorts #150 - buttons and thread
