Craft Your Passion #91 - Anything Goes + Distressing

I've been asked to GDT at Craft Your Passion this month! I'm so excited and honored. I'm a little late with my post as I was supposed to do it last night and it totally slipped my mind - so much for my new to-do list :-)

This week's challenge - anything goes + distressing - is sponsored by Delicious Doodles and The Paper Shelter and Stitchy Bear Stamps. I got to play with Rosalee from Delicious Doodles. Now, you may have noticed that distressing is outside my comfort zone, but I gave it my best effort. I distressed the edges of my papers and added Distress Ink to the sentiment and the edges of my image. I was really pleased with the way it turned out.

Delicious Doodles Cake Card

I'm getting close to 60 followers! I have a fun addition to my blog candy if I reach 60 followers before the end of the month. Don't forget to leave a comment on the blog candy post to be entered into the drawing!

Today, I have a card made from Delicious Doodles' Birthday Bash. I really like this crazy cake. I colored the image with Copics and added glitter. The pink paper is from SEI, and the blue paper is from Prima. The slide came from Joann's.
