Glitterbabe's Challenge #6 and Digi Download-a-Day #5 - Angie Ballerina

It's time for Glitterbabe's Challenge #5. This week it's a color challenge - purple, pink and black. I made a card that opens in the middle - I'm sure there's a name for this, but I don't know what it is. I used paper from my Zen Paper Pack. The front word art is by Glitterbug Vicky. The image inside is by Glitterbabe. I added bling in the sparkly brads in the center of the flowers.

Welcome to Day 5! August is a special month for me - both my birthday and my wedding anniversary. I'm hoping to create a digistamp for download every day this month. For today, I wanted to see if I could create a little dancer. I've been tapping for about 6 years now, but I decided to start with a ballerina. I call her Angie. You may remember this card from June.

This is a new digistamp creation of mine - Angie Ballerina (named after my dance teacher). Look for it free during August, when I'm trying to create a download a day! It's hard to see, but there's a small happy birthday! tag at the bottom. This is from the Bentley Bears free stamps with the June issue of Cardmaking and Papercraft (really wishing a I lived in the UK with this great magazine)!
