Mixed Media Angel?

I was up at 4 am this morning, for no good reason, so I decided to paint for a while.  I watched the January Serendipity 2 challenge with Juliette Crane.  I basically followed along for much of it, just so that I could try some new techniques.  I thought she was a fairy but Hubby and Peanut have declared her to be an angel.  What do you think?

Here's my card - isn't this cupcake stamp perfect for a cherry theme?  I love the cherry paper too.  I think it's fair to say that I love cherries!

Hybrid Card

I love this hybrid flower that is the January hybrid challenge at Scrap Orchard.  I used the papers from the kit Namaste, which are fantastically arty. I added a few buttons that my Make it Crafty secret pal sent me, and the card was done!

Be Brave

I've been taking two online classes with Juliette Crane - Serendipity 2 and How to Paint Whimsical Animals.  I haven't had much of a chance over the last month to work on either with the holidays and being sick twice.  I finally got some time today to put on canvas an idea that has been in my brain for the last month.  I'm really happy with the way it turned out.

I'd like to enter this canvas in the January Mixed Media challenge - new to you.  I used my new Shiva artist painstiks and gelatos.

Nerdy Horse Card

I haven't been around much recently.  I haven't had much mojo and my crafty area was a disaster.  We rearranged last weekend, and last night I set up a place where I could color.  I had so much fun!  I got caught up on DT cards, which you'll see over the next few weeks.  
I even had time to play with a new 2 Cute Ink.   I had fun playing, which I haven't done in a long time.  I picked out the papers first before I started coloring, which resulted in an unusual color choice for my horse, but I'm really liking it.
