It's week 3 in for the TCC Progressive Challenge. This week it's Happy Birthday! + pink/peach and green/teal. I used a template from WendyBird Designs to create this card featuring the Cynthia Digital Papers and Baking Cynthia from The Stamping Boutique. I'm really getting into these templates for creating cards with digi papers.
